Service Description

This service is designed for landlords, tenants, property managers, and homebuyers who need a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of an empty space. Whether you're moving in or moving out, we make sure your home or apartment is fresh, sanitized, and ready for the next chapter. We charge $45 per hour per cleaner, with a minimum of 4 total hours per job. What does that mean? *If 1 cleaner is assigned, the job will take at least 4 hours *If 2 cleaners are assigned, the job may take 2 hours each (still totaling 4 work hours) *If the job requires more time, we will inform you before starting *If the job ends up needing less time, we will adjust the price accordingly — but the minimum charge remains for 4 total work hours *We base our estimate on the size, layout, and condition of the property. Once we receive your details, we'll provide an approximate number of hours required. This ensures transparency, fairness, and that you only pay for what’s needed (with a 4-hour minimum).
